Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blood Collection Technician based in Kochi.

The role involves visiting customers for home sample collection, ensuring proper specimen handling, tele-sales, and service delivery. The candidate will also assist in promoting healthcare packages, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring high service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Certified/qualified to perform blood sample collection (Phlebotomy certification preferred)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. English communication will be an added advantage
4. Experience in home sample collection or related healthcare services preferred
5. Strong focus on hygiene, accuracy, and customer comfort
6. Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field/home visits
7. Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
8. Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives
