Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Phlebotomy Technician located in Pune. The Certified Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for performing venipuncture, handling laboratory specimens, accurately labeling samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualifications Proficiency in Venipuncture techniques Strong understanding of Medical Terminology Laboratory Skills including specimen handling, preparation, and labeling Excellent Customer Service skills Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine practices Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols Certification in Phlebotomy Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting is a plus
