Ltd. is a growing technology-driven company providing innovative telematics and digital solutions to help businesses optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in IT/Telematics/Digital solutions).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Note : Candidates from CPASS industry will be preferred.
