Job Description

Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd is looking for Sr Business Partner Training to join our team
  • Supports the TII Service Center team with process training frameworks, methodologies, and consulting on process training and onboarding of new joiners.
  • Collaborates with the global training delivery team to bring relevant and meaningful learning moments.
  • Serves as a key learning liaison and expert for TII teams, making recommendations and documenting knowledge sharing.
  • Understands business context and creates tailor-made programs to elevate team performance and enable success.
  • Manages trainer performance for new hire training, transition zone, and ongoing coaching to deliver top-quality results.
  • Initiates and collaborates with the Training Coordinator on access and technology requests.
  • Creates and shares weekly training class updates and reports out training progress to key stakeholders.
  • Periodically reviews training content for accuracy and content updates in collaboration with Training Delivery Captain and T&C.
  • Regularly meets with the business to keep current on key priorities, objectives, and immediate and long-term learning needs.
  • Serves as a change management consultant to the business, guiding them through organization-level changes by providing necessary resources and guidance to drive change effectively.
  • Builds strategic relationships with business leaders, global partners, internal T&C consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Researches industry best practices to discover important innovations and trends in learning and applies these methods to advance the learning experience, impacting team member performance.
  • Consults with the business, senior leadership, and professional peers to identify learning/business gaps/problems and their causes, designing impactful and sustainable learning experiences that lead to behavior change impacting business priorities/results.
  • Determines current and future learning needs by analyzing business goals and priorities and collaborates/works with relevant teams to gather insights and data about talent to inform development needs.
  • Leads the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Learning projects initiated to support TII Service Centers and actively participates in Service center workstreams, CFTs (Internal and External), and other business initiatives.
  • Obtains necessary resources for the project team's success, partners with right stakeholders to create in-house solutions, and creates communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Curates and publishes a year-round learning calendar for the business team.
