Role Objective

Moglix is looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner with awareness, purpose, and conviction to join our team! This opportunity contributes to Moglixs success by acting as a strategic partner, coach and advocate for all employees across one or more business teams. 

The candidate will drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle from goal setting, performance management, promotions and internal movements to exits, with a constant focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication and feedback. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end HR needs.
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, balancing people priorities with business goals.
  • Apply strong business understanding to deliver practical HR solutions.
  • Drive talent management, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Design and implement career paths, rewards, recognition, and development programs.
  • Identify, engage, and retain high-potential employees through focused growth plans.
  • Conduct internal progression processes such as IJPs to support internal mobility.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance matters with fairness, maturity, and confidence.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze insights to improve retention and engagement.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and partner with leaders on action planning.
  • Design and update HR policies and processes that promote transparency, fairness, and collaboration.
  • Communicate and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the organisation.
  • Lead and strengthen the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
  • Work effectively in a matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and locations through regular touchpoints.
  • Confidently express constructive viewpoints while respecting organisational hierarchy.
  • Advise leaders on people strategies, organisational change, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrate assertiveness without aggression; remain calm in complex situations.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity with maturity and resilience.

Work Experience

2-5 years of experience in the HR function

Knowledge/ Skills

Familiarity with goal-setting frameworks and appraisal processes.

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to interpret HR metrics and translate them into business insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Intense collaboration, disciplined execution, tenacious commitment to continuous improvement and relentless drive to make an impact and improve

High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

Education

Graduation in any stream (B Tech / BBA / B Com / BA etc.)

MBA/PGDM in Human resource
