Role Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager at YO HR CONSULTANCY, your role involves conducting thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients in need of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. This includes understanding industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads within target enterprise organizations, including HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership. Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients such as HR directors, benefits managers, and C-suite executives is crucial. Conducting comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges related to employee mental health, wellbeing, and productivity is also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients in need of EAP services - Identify and qualify leads within target enterprise organizations - Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients - Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals - Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise clients - Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients - Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in EAP services Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate/MBA preferred - Total work experience of 5+ years - Experience in direct sales of products and services to enterprise accounts - Background in selling to the HR persona is mandatory Your skills in HR tech, sales strategy, prospecting, solution presentation, continuous learning, B2B sales, industry networking, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and relationship building will be essential for this role. Your expertise in employee wellness, CRM management, enterprise sales, market research, business development, and relationship management will contribute to the success of the organization.,
