You will be joining our team at Neev Pvt Ltd as a Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Administrator. With 5-7 years of experience, you will utilize your expertise in managing and optimizing Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) in large-scale enterprise environments. Your primary responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining wireless networking solutions to ensure seamless connectivity, security, and performance for our enterprise-level network infrastructure. Specifically, you will be tasked with configuring and managing Aruba WLCs, providing network troubleshooting and support, implementing security measures, designing and optimizing wireless networks, conducting firmware and software upgrades, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other IT teams. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with Aruba WLCs and wireless network administration, a strong technical skill set including proficiency with Aruba Networks hardware and software, networking protocols, and wireless technologies, as well as certifications such as Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) or higher. Additionally, soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for success. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of network automation and scripting, familiarity with advanced Wi-Fi technologies, and experience with network monitoring tools.
