Jr. Engineer - Testing & Commissioning ( (MEP , project site based) Skill Set Required: - Individual Testing of Transformers, Hipot cables, Primary Injection, BBT Heatrun - Breakdown maintenance of Electrical panels and distribution box (DB) Roles and Responsibilities: - Perform testing activity at respective site - Coordinate with client and site team to perform the testing activity. - To coordinate with the procurement team for making PO. - Preparation of Testing Reports. - To perform site surveys for AMC offers and activity performing. - Executing work in a manner compliant with the project budget and schedule - Coordinate with transportation team to shift the testing KITs - Maintaining of all important documentation - All jobs as assigned by the MD/Reporting Authorities. Your role will include, but is not limited to: Review and develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) in conjunction with Process and Mechanical Engineers. Select, apply, and specify instrumentation required to support processes. Develop Instrument Data Sheets and lists, Panel layouts and details. Interact and coordinate with project management, vendors, clients, design members and fellow engineers to solve process engineering and piping issues. Produce and review 2D and 3D design drawings for facilities in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures. Participate in multi-discipline coordination & clash checking efforts. Perform site surveys of existing services to ascertain as-built conditions. Support, by active participation, corporate and discipline-specific procedures, and policies. Contribute to the development of the Discipline knowledge base and standards. Perform self QA/QC on deliverables, as well as on deliverables by other engineers. Performs the tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule. Should be a team player and shall perform tasks individually when required. Follow company standards and procedures including design and QA checking. Provide I&C design to support process control and plant automation. Qualifications and Skillset: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or related field. 1+ years of I&C and Automation design experience in Process industries. Good knowledge of norms and standards related to Instrumentation engineering. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project). Technical and quality focus. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position. Job Description: - Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and determine optimal camera placement. - Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope of work. - Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, system diagrams, and installation plans. - Assemble and lead a project team consisting of technicians, installers, electricians, and subcontractors. - Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and address technical issues during installation. - Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and best practices on-site. - Oversee the installation of CCTV cameras and infrastructure according to project plans. - Conduct system testing and commissioning, including image quality checks, network connectivity, and recording functionality. - Troubleshoot any technical issues during installation and address concerns promptly. - Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns. - Maintain detailed project documentation including technical specifications, installation reports, and as-built drawings. - Strong understanding of CCTV technology, including camera types (analog, IP), network infrastructure, recording systems, and video analytics. - Proven experience managing complex projects with the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
