Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our Jalna office, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals, and driving sales of solar rooftops and other energy solutions. You should be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about renewable energy to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms. - Meet prospective clients (residential, commercial, industrial) and present Prabhatkirans solutions. - Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and requirements, with technical team support when needed. - Prepare and share tailored quotations/proposals to address client needs. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders. - Understand customer requirements, offer suitable solutions, and ensure timely follow-up. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. - Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases. - Coordinate with technical and service teams for seamless project execution. - Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities. - Probation period: 2 Months. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management (preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Solar / Renewable sector preferred, freshers with strong drive may also apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. - Good presentation and negotiation skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). - Willingness to travel within the region. - Possesses own vehicle, smartphone, and Laptop (optional).
