Responsibilities: Door-to-door promotion of rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, lead capture, and site surveys.
Requirements: Graduate (ITI /Diploma Electrical), fluent Odia, 0–2 years experience, own two-wheeler mandatory.
Compensation: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month base, plus incentives per sale; top performers can earn up to ₹15,000/month - 18,000/- month. +TA+DA
Probation: 2 Months.
