Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager at our solar energy company, you will have the opportunity to lead the human resources function and play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements for various projects and functions. - Build partnerships with universities and training institutes to source skilled talent. - Employee Relations & Engagement: - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Design and implement employee engagement programs. - Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness. - Learning & Development: - Assess training needs and implement programs for technical upskilling and soft skills development. - Develop leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees. - Performance Management: - Drive performance appraisal systems aligned with company objectives. - Guide managers in setting clear KPIs for staff. - Reward and recognize high performers. - Compliance & Policy Management: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and sector regulations. - Draft and update HR policies and guidelines. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and certifications. - Compensation & Benefits: - Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks. - Introduce retention strategies and incentives for field employees. - HR Operations & Technology: - Implement HRMS for seamless operations. - Maintain accurate workforce data. - Drive automation in HR processes. Qualifications & Skills: - 1-2 years of HR experience in renewable energy, power, EPC, or manufacturing sectors. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in India. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills. - Ability to work with multi-location teams. - Strong organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset. You will need to demonstrate: - Strategic HR planning for a growing renewable energy business. - Ability to balance corporate HR functions with site/project HR needs. - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for diverse workforce management. - Passion for sustainability and alignment with the clean energy mission.,
