Interior Architect / Designer

As an experienced Architect or Interior Designer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Urban Planning, or Urban Design, you will be responsible for producing architectural working drawings for interior projects. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings for millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and RCPs. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain and organize project files, schedules, and specifications efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Producing detailed architectural working drawings, including millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and RCPs for interior projects. - Maintaining and organizing project files, schedules, and specifications. - Conducting site visits and assisting in construction supervision. - Performing site surveys and measurements of existing conditions, then producing accurate drawings. - Collaborating with the entire team, both in the office and with external consultants. - Demonstrating proficient time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Interior, Planning & Design, project coordination, and overall maintenance. - Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance in renovations, space planning, and new constructions. - Strong technical skills in CAD with an understanding of architectural conventions. - Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing. - Proficiency in producing all schedules and 3D CAD. - Ability to create strong presentation graphics using hand drawing, computer software, and Photoshop. - Job site experience working with architects, builders, and landscape architects.,
