Manager - IoT Solutions

As an experienced candidate in the field of BMS and automation systems, you will play a key role in the innovation, planning, and execution of IoT-based projects. Your responsibilities will include: You will be responsible for identifying the scope of projects for IoT-BMS projects and preparing proposals with IO Summaries and BOQ for IoT BMS projects. Additionally, you will be required to identify new ways of saving energy, stay updated with new hardware/technologies, and understand customers" pain points to prepare project solutions with applicable use cases. You will also coordinate site surveys and visits for new project scoping, ensuring accurate data collection and verification before processing it to the Solutions Team Lead post site audit. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the Product team for new device/solutions integrations and develop new use cases. Your role will involve supporting the operations team, training them, and coordinating with them for solutions/BOQ deployment after PO is received, ensuring on-site execution as per the project plan. - Identify project scope for IoT-BMS projects - Prepare proposals with IO Summaries and BOQ - Identify energy-saving opportunities and new technologies - Understand customers" pain points and prepare project solutions - Coordinate site surveys and visits - Verify data accuracy before processing to Solutions Team Lead - Coordinate with Product team for new integrations and use case development - Support operations team, train them, and coordinate for solutions deployment - Update plans for on-site execution as per project plan - Bachelors Degree or Higher in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in BMS/automation systems/IoT-based systems - Experience with detailed site surveys, IO Summary preparations, BOQ, and scope estimation for BMS/Automation projects - Additional experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS preferred - Strong understanding of field instruments such as DDC controllers, PLCs, sensors, etc. - Knowledge of different communication protocols like RS485 (Modbus), BACnet, SNMP, LAN, Ethernet - Strong computer skills including Web Search, Email, Word, Excel, Power Point - Effective communication skills in English and ability to make presentations Zenatix is the largest provider of IoT-based automation and monitoring solutions with 2000+ deployments across 200+ cities in India.
