As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of the entire site. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting site surveys to assess project requirements. - Developing and managing the A/V project installation schedule. - Working with CAD operator to create CAD drawings, rack elevations, and wiring diagrams. - Coordinating with the project manager and team members to create and review work documents. - Coordinating the design, engineering, installation, configuration, integration, and testing of various audiovisual equipment and collaboration technologies. - Coordinating with PMC, Architect, general contractors, electrical contractors, etc., to clear dependencies and ensure smooth project flow. - Developing and managing AV project schedule with Gantt chart. - Working with Technicians to mount equipment on the wall and ceiling and build a rack with proper cable management. - Working with Programmer to get the project proven and tested. - Updating firmware of various devices. - Testing the system thoroughly before handing over to the client. - Responsible for job documentation and compiling an operation manual for the client. - Coordinating turn-over of project documentation at the end of the project. Additionally, you should have the ability to work on a construction work site and a thorough understanding of technical products and services to support procurement requirements. You will be required to provide written and verbal reports to clients and internal stakeholders periodically and attend review calls as needed.
