Job Title: Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Administrator Aruba Networks We are looking for an experienced Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. Youll be in charge of managing and maintaining Aruba wireless networks across our company. This includes setting up, troubleshooting, and improving wireless systems to make sure everything runs smoothly and securely for all users. What Youll Do: 1. Manage Aruba Wireless Network Systems Set up, configure, and maintain Aruba WLCs (Wireless LAN Controllers) at different locations. Support thousands of users and devices with strong, fast wireless connections. Make sure the wireless system works well with other network equipment like switches and routers. 2. Troubleshooting & Support Handle advanced wireless network issues. Solve problems with connection, performance, and wireless security. Use tools like Aruba AirWave , ClearPass , and heat maps to find and fix problems. 3. Wireless Security & Compliance Apply and manage wireless security settings (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, etc.). Work with the security team to follow company rules and industry standards. Monitor the network for risks and apply fixes to keep it safe. 4. Network Design & Optimization Help design wireless networks for new buildings or expansions. Do site surveys and RF (radio frequency) planning to make sure coverage is strong. Improve performance through roaming, load balancing, and better client handling. 5. Upgrades & Updates Plan and carry out firmware and software upgrades for Aruba WLCs and access points. Make sure updates are smooth and dont interrupt network services. 6. Documentation & Reports Keep clear and up-to-date records of configurations and network changes. Prepare regular reports on performance, usage, and issues. 7. Team Collaboration & Mentoring Work closely with other IT teams (network, security, operations). Help train and support junior staff on Aruba technologies. What Were Looking For: Experience 5–7 years managing Aruba wireless systems in large companies. Strong hands-on experience with AirWave , ClearPass , and Aruba hardware/software. Good background in RF planning, site surveys , and wireless tuning. Technical Skills Deep knowledge of Aruba hardware and software , including WLCs, Access Points, and switches. Understanding of networking protocols : DHCP, DNS, SNMP, QoS, VLANs, routing, etc. Familiar with wireless security protocols (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X) and tools like RADIUS . Experience with network security (VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection). Certifications (Preferred) Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) or higher. Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) is a big plus. Other certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CWNP are also a bonus. Soft Skills Great at solving problems and analyzing issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized. Pays attention to detail and produces high-quality work. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Knowledge of automation or scripting (Python, Ansible). Experience with Wi-Fi 6 , mesh networks, and advanced wireless tech. Familiar with tools like SolarWinds or PRTG for network monitoring.

Job Title: ISE SME (Subject Matter Expert) Experience: At least 7 years in networking, with hands-on experience in Cisco ISE. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for network access control. Work with guest access portals, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solutions, and 802.1X authentication. Design and implement secure guest access solutions to ensure safe and smooth visitor connectivity. Integrate Cisco ISE with Cisco wireless controllers and switches. Customize and design Cisco ISE guest portals, including layout and branding. Use HTML, Java, jQuery, and CSS to build and modify guest portal pages. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to meet portal customization needs. Use APIs and scripting (Rest API) for automation and integration (a plus). Troubleshoot issues using logs, debug tools, and packet captures. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of network security concepts. Experience with guest access and 802.1X authentication.
