Dominic Lewis has been mandated to hire for Senior Network Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement experiments, proofs of concept, and technology advancements for Cisco ISE and other NAC platforms. Act as a secondary SME on technologies such as Cisco and Meraki wireless, Palo Alto firewalls, FortiGate firewalls, and Zscaler, based on your background and expertise. Develop and enforce NAC policies to maintain a secure wireless environment and improve connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with NAC solutions, minimizing disruptions to network access. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and implement NAC technologies. Engage in knowledge sharing, customer interactions, and provide consultative support to improve user experiences across Koch companies. Create inter-departmental training materials and document standard work processes. Assist the Operations team in escalations and daily tasks to ensure system availability and optimal performance. Conduct routine reviews of NAC-related incidents to enhance processes and mitigate future issues. Propose and implement continuous improvements to strengthen network security and NAC effectiveness. Manage NAC solution renewals and provide billing reports to support technical and financial planning. Basic Qualifications: Proven experience in wireless authentication with leading NAC technologies like Cisco ISE, Juniper Mist, Forescout, and Aruba ClearPass. Strong background in managing complex wireless security issues within large-scale environments. Knowledge of current security best practices, compliance standards, and aligning infrastructure to these standards. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects, engage with vendors, and foster teamwork. Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, product configurations, and reference architectures. Ability to train and mentor cross-functional team members. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support or wireless network security management (e.g., Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Juniper Mist). Hands-on experience with technologies including Cisco and Meraki wireless, Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls, and Zscaler. Demonstrated ability to innovate by streamlining processes, automating tasks, and improving operational efficiency in wireless security management. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams and engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills in network automation and scripting, including Ansible Tower, Ansible Core, Python, YAML, and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform).
