Sr. Business Development Manager - HR Tech

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager in the HR Tech industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential enterprise clients in need of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, prospecting and generating leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline, networking within the industry, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients requiring EAP services - Identify and qualify leads within target enterprise organizations, including HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership - Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements related to employee mental health, wellbeing, and productivity - Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of EAP services - Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise clients - Manage a robust sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry developments - Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in EAP services Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate / MBA preferred - Total work experience of 5+ years - Experience in direct sales of products and services (IT and Non-IT) to enterprise accounts - Background in selling to the HR persona is mandatory,
