As a Senior Business Development Manager in the HR Tech industry based in Bengaluru, your role involves various key responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential enterprise clients requiring Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. This includes understanding industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings. Your role also includes prospecting and lead generation within target enterprise organizations, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored solution presentations, negotiating contracts, managing a robust sales pipeline, networking within the industry, and staying updated on emerging trends in EAP services. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients in need of EAP services - Identify and qualify leads within target enterprise organizations - Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise clients - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients - Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals - Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise clients - Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in EAP services Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate / MBA preferred - Total work experience of 5+ years - Experience in direct sales of products and services to enterprise accounts - Background in selling to the HR persona is mandatory Please note that the desired skills for this role include expertise in HR tech, sales strategy, corporate environment, solution presentation, continuous learning, B2B sales, industry networking, pipeline management, sales techniques, needs assessment, relationship building, enterprise sales, employee assistance programs, market research, business development, employee wellness, contract negotiation, IT industry knowledge, and lead generation.,
