Residential Real Estate Sales/broker

Job Description: As an experienced professional in the real estate industry with 8 to 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for contributing to the revenue generation in the South Delhi secondary transactions market. Your role will involve sourcing and managing leads, conducting site visits, coordinating document due diligence, closures, fee collection, and more. Your major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) - Identifying properties, conducting client meetings, sourcing exclusive mandates, and executing sales - Sourcing high-end residential properties available for lease and marketing them to prospective tenants such as corporates and HNIs - Cross-selling developers" projects across South Delhi through various marketing activities - Empanelling with brokers in the assigned territory and achieving deal closures as per revenue targets - Generating leads through personal contacts and various marketing initiatives - Handling billing, collections, and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders - Representing the organization in different forums as required To apply for this position, you must have: - Knowledge and experience in South Delhi residential real estate - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience - Strong networking skills - Proven track record of successful deal closures - Strong emphasis on integrity and business ethics - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Proficiency in email communication Skills required for this role include communication, residential real estate, sales, networking, lead generation, negotiation, sales strategy, residential project management, client meetings, and residential land development.,
