Role Responsibilities Develop and implement sponsorship strategy in line with company objectives. Identify and engage potential sponsors to build long-lasting relationships. Create detailed sponsorship proposals aimed at securing partnership agreements. Manage contract negotiations with sponsors ensuring mutual benefits. Coordinate sponsorship activities during events to ensure brand visibility. Monitor and analyze sponsors’ performance and engagement metrics. Prepare reports on sponsorship success to inform stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance visibility of sponsors. Attend industry conferences to network and promote sponsorship opportunities. Ensure compliance with sponsorship policies and regulations. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sponsorship. Maintain an updated database of sponsors and prospects. Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Guide the team in the execution of sponsorship contracts. Advise management on potential sponsorship improvement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sponsorship or partnership management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with budget and financial management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry trends and sponsorship landscape. Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with event planning and execution. Previous experience in tech or innovative companies is a plus. Understanding of marketing principles and sponsorship effectiveness. Willingness to travel for events and client meetings. Strong presentation skills for stakeholder engagements.
