UNIV is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Sponsorship Manager to spearhead our partnership initiatives across esports, sports-tech, youth programs, and large-scale events. Experience: 2–3 years in sponsorship sales, business development, or brand partnerships. Experience in Esports, Sports, Entertainment, Youth Events, or Marketing Agencies preferred Key Responsibilities: 1. Sponsorship Acquisition & Outreach Identify, pitch, and onboard potential brand partners for events, championships, and campaigns 2. Proposal Development Create compelling, customised sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives 3. Relationship Management Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and decision-makers 4. Revenue Growth & Strategy Achieve monthly/quarterly sponsorship targets through strategic planning. Explore cross-collaboration opportunities and multi-event partnerships across states.
