Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard

  brand sponsors

  across FMCG, fashion, beauty, wellness, F&B, lifestyle, and financial sectors.
• Design and execute

  sponsorship strategies

  for Book My Kitty’s events and community-driven programs.
• Build

  long-term relationships

  with corporate brands, agencies, and marketing heads.
• Collaborate with

  Marketing, Operations, and Influencer Management Teams

  to align sponsorship deliverables.
• Develop innovative

  barter, paid, and co-branded campaign models

  for mutual brand growth.
• Manage

  end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle

  — from proposal to closure and post-event reporting.
• Represent Book My Kitty at

  networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings

  .

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  3–5 years in Sponsorships, Brand Alliances, or Corporate Partnerships (Event, Media, or Lifestyle Industry preferred).

• Education:

  Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Communication.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong network across

  FMCG, Lifestyle, Hospitality, and Wellness

  industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for

  relationship-building and creative monetization.
