Job Description

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through selling sponsorship packages for events, exhibitions, and college sponsorships. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events and exhibitions. - Identifying and approaching potential sponsors, presenting tailored sponsorship packages to meet their needs and objectives. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. - Developing compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with our events. - Conducting market research to identify new sponsorship opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. - Working closely with the events team to ensure seamless integration of sponsorship elements into event planning and execution. - Negotiating sponsorship agreements to ensure favorable terms for both the company and the sponsor. - Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or college sponsorship sectors. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Skills such as strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in managing sponsorship sales for exhibitions, stalls, and college events, an established network of contacts within the sponsorship and events industry, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
