Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, or Off-site position for a Sponsorship Manager located in Mumbai, Pune. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying potential sponsorship opportunities, handling sponsorship sales, and developing sponsorship packages. Daily tasks include negotiating and closing sponsorship deals, managing sponsorship activation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship commitments. The role also involves overseeing event management and ensuring all sponsor requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Sponsorship Sales and Sales Skills
• Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship management
• Sponsorship Activation experience
• Event Management skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field
