Role Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in Bulk SMS and WhatsApp Marketing sales , preferably from competitor companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, inside sales, upselling services, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries for Bulk SMS and WhatsApp Marketing. Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that match their marketing needs. Maintain regular follow-ups to close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets . Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support . Stay updated on DLT regulations , product enhancements, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of inside sales experience in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, or related telecom/digital services. Strong understanding of Bulk SMS (Transactional, Promotional, OTP) and WhatsApp Business API solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Goal-driven with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
