Role Summary:

high-performing Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  sales inquiries

  for Bulk SMS and WhatsApp Marketing.
• Understand client requirements and

  present tailored solutions

  that match their marketing needs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to close sales and

  achieve monthly revenue targets

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide

  post-sales support

• Stay updated on

  DLT regulations

  , product enhancements, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to

  ensure smooth onboarding

  and campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of inside sales experience

  in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, or related telecom/digital services.
• Strong

  understanding of Bulk SMS (Transactional, Promotional, OTP)

  and

  WhatsApp Business API

  solutions.
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation

  skills.
• Goal-driven with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
