About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Jaipur team. This role involves working with SMEs, exporters, and manufacturers, helping them expand their business through Alibaba.com’s global B2B platform.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
• Meet potential clients (SMEs / Exporters) and explain Alibaba.com services.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and client onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition. (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales in Jaipur and nearby regions.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven to achieve targets.
