Sponsorship Manager

As a Sponsorship Strategy & Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with GICWs goals. This includes identifying and approaching potential sponsors such as luxury brands, beauty, fashion, automobile, tech, hospitality, etc. You will create customized sponsorship packages with tiered benefits and pitch and negotiate sponsorship deals to ensure mutual value. In the role of Relationship Management, you will build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners. Acting as the primary liaison between sponsors and the event team, you will provide sponsors with regular updates on event progress and deliverables. For Brand Integration & Activation, you will be tasked with ensuring sponsors" branding is effectively integrated into event marketing, social media, website, and PR campaigns. This involves coordinating brand placements across event collateral, venue branding, gift bags, and digital promotions. You will also develop on-site activations like brand showcases, product placements, and experiential marketing opportunities. In Event Execution & Coordination, collaboration with production, marketing, and PR teams is key to implementing sponsorship commitments. You will ensure all sponsor deliverables such as logo placements, announcements, VIP access, etc. are executed smoothly. Additionally, supervising sponsor lounges, exhibition areas, and promotional booths will be part of your responsibilities. Post-Event Reporting & Retention is crucial where you will provide sponsors with post-event reports including ROI, audience engagement, media coverage, and impact analysis. Gathering sponsor feedback and maintaining relationships for future collaborations is essential. You will also develop long-term sponsorship strategies to secure recurring partnerships for future editions. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
