Work closely with creative teams to ensure storytelling, pacing, and visual quality aligns with brand identity. Key Responsibilities Footage Review & Story Assembly Select and review raw footage, create shot lists, and build coherent sequences that tell a clear story. Edit, Trim & Sequence Trim, splice, and order clips to maintain pacing and narrative flow. Generate rough cuts and evolve them into final versions Audio & Visual Integration Add and synchronize music, dialogue, sound effects, titles, graphics, transitions, and visual effects Color Grading & Correction Enhance visuals by adjusting color balance, contrast, and mood for consistency and impact Software Proficiency Operate leading editing tools—Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc—and graphics tools like After Effects. Quality Control & Export Ensure continuity, branding consistency, and export videos in required formats and resolutions. File & Project Management Organize media assets, maintain versions, back up projects, and adhere to naming conventions. Feedback & Revisions Integrate feedback, implement revisions, and fine-tune edits iteratively. Trend Awareness & Learning Stay updated on editing trends, software updates, and storytelling techniques; introduce improvements Deadline Management Handle multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high production quality under pressure .
