Based in India, we are on a journey to become one of the nation’s leading eSports brands. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Manager, located in Pune. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for managing sponsorship sales, identifying and securing partnerships, and nurturing relationships with sponsors. The role includes developing strategies for sponsorship activation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and planning and executing event sponsorships. Additionally, the Sponsorship Manager will help drive revenue growth through innovative sponsorship opportunities while ensuring all agreements are effectively implemented and mutually beneficial. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sponsorship Sales, with a strong ability to pitch and secure deals Excellent Communication and Sales skills Experience in Sponsorship Activation and Event Management Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving goals Prior experience in the eSports or events industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
