About Musicland 2026 Musicland is India’s next big live music experience, bringing together top Indian and global artists under one electrifying roof. With a massive scale of production, multi-genre stages, immersive experiences, and celebrity line-ups, Musicland 2026 aims to redefine live entertainment in India. We’re now looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Manager to join our core team and drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate alliances for this mega event. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships and brand tie-ups with leading corporates, lifestyle brands, beverage companies, tech giants, fashion, and FMCG brands. Develop customized sponsorship packages aligned with brand objectives and festival audience demographics. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media agencies. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and ROI metrics for sponsors. Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure brand integrations are seamless and impactful. Prepare sponsorship decks, proposals, and presentations with compelling data and storytelling. Track sponsorship performance and ensure timely deliverables and post-event reporting. Explore long-term partnerships beyond the event for brand continuity and collaborations. Requirements 3–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or brand alliances (preferably in events, entertainment, sports, or media). Strong network within the marketing and brand community. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing multiple partners. Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for music, events, and experiential marketing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
