Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Manager, based in Mumbai. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for securing sponsorship sales, managing sponsorship activations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship deals, planning and executing sponsorship strategies, and coordinating with the event management team to ensure successful sponsor integration and activation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sponsorship Sales and Sales
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sponsorship Activation and Event Management
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the startup ecosystem or related industries is a plus
