Sponsorship Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sponsorship Manager who can bring in significant sponsorship deals and build lasting brand partnerships. Your mission: turn your network, communication skills, and persuasion power into high-value sponsorship agreements that help us make this event bigger, better, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and target potential sponsors (local, regional, and national brands).
• Create and present compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to each brand’s marketing goals.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements in the range of ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000+.
• Manage relationships with confirmed sponsors and ensure all commitments are delivered.
• Coordinate with marketing & production teams to ensure sponsor branding is executed flawlessly.
• Track, report, and update sponsorship acquisition progress weekly.
• Bring innovative ideas for brand activations during the event (photo booths, product sampling, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or B2B business development.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (both Hindi & English).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong local network in Jaipur & Rajasthan business community (preferred).
