Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Manager located in Pune. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship agreements. Day-to-day tasks include developing sponsorship packages, communicating with potential and existing sponsors, activating sponsorships during events, and collaborating with the event management team to ensure all sponsor requirements are met. Qualifications Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills Strong Communication and Sponsorship Activation skills Experience in Event Management Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
