Job Description: As a Sponsorship Sales Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager, your primary role will be to drive B2B sales and negotiate sponsorship deals within the education sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating sponsorship revenue through individual efforts - Utilizing your experience in event/exhibition sponsorship sales, with a preference for the education sector - Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills - Acquiring clients, managing ministry affairs, and fostering relationships - Reporting on sales activities and maintaining proper documentation - Conducting market research and generating leads - Creating and delivering effective sales decks and proposals - Maintaining a target-driven and result-oriented mindset - Demonstrating a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced exhibition environment Key Skills Required: - Strong B2B sales & negotiation skills - Experience in event/exhibition sponsorship sales, particularly in the education sector - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Client Acquisition, Ministry affairs & Relationship Management - Reporting & Documentation - Market Research & Lead Generation - Ability to create and pitch sales decks & proposals - Target-driven and result-oriented mindset - Proactive with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced exhibition environment - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages Qualifications Required: - Minimum 14 years of experience in Event sales, Exhibition sales, or Sponsorship sales - Exposure to education, EdTech, or conferences is a strong plus - Graduation/MBA in Sales & Marketing Please note that there are 4 vacancies available for the positions of Sponsorship Sales Executive, Sponsorship Sales Assistant Manager, and Sponsorship Sales Manager.
