Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for securing sponsorship sales, managing sponsorship activations, and coordinating with potential sponsors. The role involves day-to-day tasks like negotiating deals, developing sales strategies, organizing events, and maintaining excellent communication with partners and stakeholders. Qualifications Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Sponsorship Activation and Event Management skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the esports industry is a plus Creativity and strategic thinking
