Expansion of micro-events (kitty parties, RWA contests) to large-scale, pan-India experiences . A multi-vertical operation including sponsorships, partnerships, venue tie-ups, digital monetization & community commerce. High-performance internal teams across sales, ops, marketing, tech, and creative. The movement to transform women-led social culture in India. 👤 Who We’re Looking For 10–15+ years of experience in leadership roles – event management, consumer lifestyle, media, D2C or experiential domains. Result Oriented approach from day 1, No Trials and Testings (Perform or Perish) Proven P&L and team-building expertise. Someone who thinks like a founder , executes like a field general , and leads like a visionary . Networked with brands, agencies, vendors, influencers & venue partners.
