Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Specialist - Digital Initiatives - Retail Asset Operations Function/ Department: Retail Banking Operations Job Purpose This job profile plays a vital role in building the bank. The job profile requires tecno-function kind of skills which can leverage functional knowledge and transform into technology solutions. The role is to facilitate all front-end teams i.e., business for their Digital loan journeys, collections for their EMI collection journeys, customer service for the management of Service requests in efficient and quick manner, through the technological solutions so that the penetration towards digitalization may increase. Roles & Responsibilities Should have experience of Sprint planning, Scoping dev requirement, Agile methodology, Project presentations with sprints TAT along with product backlogs. Should have well versed with recurring payments products and should have strong understanding Industry Banking movement in terms of recurring payments which includes repayment through NACH / SI / Escrow / e Mandates modes of presentment and banking. The candidate should be well versed with banking industry practice being followed in the industry for EMI presentation and recovery process to recover the EMI from the customers. Required Expertise in Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Requirement finalization, BRD writing, solution designing, All Digital products Integration. Required expertise in all API integrations. Should be able to create test scenarios for testing purposes for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth. He/ She should be able to identify project deliverables, organize tasks and activities, follow up diligently with all stakeholders & ensure milestones are achieved within target timelines. Knowledge of Finance or similar loan System is required. Understanding of LOS (Loan origination) and LMS (Loan Management system) including configurations & API integrations. Should have knowledge of all NPCI Digital products & their system architecture. Should be well versed with Mandates management systems. Should be able to verify and validate the efforts / timelines given by vendors / IT and negotiate where appropriate. Should be able to coordinate with various support teams and ensure all dependent tasks are closed timely and as per requirement. Can ensure correct use of SCRUM framework. Should be able to enlist the various tasks related to IT support for applications and on how to enable and monitor them. Required experience in Project tracking & Project management. Should be able to review Testing part for various projects i.e., Verification of Test scenarios, Test documents, Review & monitoring of Testing activities till closure. Strong communication skills required. Workable knowledge of SAS, MS Visio, or similar tool. The candidate should have strong interaction and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders like IT team, Digital team, Customer service, Collections, and senior management. The candidate should have strong skills to manage Turnaround time and quality through various methods. Secondary Responsibilities Subject Matter Expertise in handling Projects for Recurring payments, BRD preparation, Sprint planning, Expertise in SAS, VISIO & PPT, Testing of system & project tracking and should have the knowledge of Digital integrations, NPCI products & Mandate management systems. Well versed with Finn One or any other lending systems along with API integrations. Strong communication skills to deal with seniors and other stakeholders. Should candidate have rich experience of Sprint planning, Designing & Scoping the project, Giving develops requirement, Awareness of Agile methodology, testing / Implementation and Close Monitoring post-delivery of project to measure the effectiveness. Understanding of Project Management Life Cycle to drive Project deliverables which includes Requirement Gathering, Conceptualizing, Scoping, Required Document finalization, Testing and final product delivery.
