Job Description

As a Specialist in Digital Initiatives within Retail Asset Operations at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the bank's digital presence. Your role will involve utilizing both technical and functional skills to develop technology solutions that support various front-end teams in their digital journeys, such as business, collections, and customer service. By implementing technological solutions effectively, you will contribute to increasing digitalization penetration within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in Sprint planning, scoping development requirements, Agile methodology, and conducting project presentations with sprints TAT and product backlogs. - Proficiency in banking industry practices related to EMI presentation and recovery processes. - Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, finalization, BRD writing, solution designing, and integration of all digital products. - Ability to integrate with various APIs and create test scenarios for system enhancements. - Identification of project deliverables, task organization, stakeholder follow-ups, and milestone achievement within timelines. - Knowledge of finance or similar loan systems including LOS and LMS configurations and API integrations. - Familiarity with NPCI digital products, system architecture, mandates management systems, and SCRUM framework. - Coordination with support teams, closure of dependent tasks, project tracking, and management. - Review and monitoring of testing activities, verification of test scenarios, and documentation. - Strong communication skills and proficiency in tools like SAS, MS Visio, or similar applications. - Effective management of internal stakeholders and superior skills in managing turnaround time and quality. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any discipline and Post Graduation in any field. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should be well-versed in lending systems like Finn One, possess strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders, and demonstrate expertise in project management lifecycle for effective project delivery.
