About the Internship

This immersive 3-month Software Development Internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world corporate experience. Participants will work on live projects following industry-standard Agile methodologies, gaining hands-on experience in professional software development practices.

Unlike traditional internships, this is a structured learning program where you'll be part of actual development teams, participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and deliver production-ready code under mentorship from experienced software engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Participate in project discussions, sprint planning, and daily scrum meetings.

· Design, develop, and test modules under mentor guidance.

· Collaborate with peers to deliver functional code within deadlines.

· Learn best practices for clean code, Git workflow, and documentation.

· Present weekly progress reports and project demos.

Note:

Eligibility Criteria

· Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or backend language(Java / Node / Python)

· Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases (SQL basics)

· Strong interest in learning and building scalable applications

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Full-stack development with modern frameworks and technologies

Work Schedule

Full-time Commitment Required

· Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

· Lunch break: 1 hour

· Flexible timing with prior approval (based on team requirements)

· Minimum 90% attendance required for certificate

· All sprint ceremonies are mandatory

· Prior intimation required for planned leaves

Program Structure

· Month 1 – Foundation & On-boarding

o Orientation & tech stack introduction

o Understanding project architecture and workflows

o Small coding tasks and first sprint participation

o Online learning modules and weekly assessments

· Month 2 – Core Development & Agile Practice

o Take ownership of user stories/features

o Participate in sprint ceremonies

o Code reviews with senior developers

o Mid-program evaluation and mentor feedback

· Month 3 – Project Delivery & Evaluation

o Deliver assigned features/modules

o Conduct testing & documentation

o Final project presentation to stakeholders

o Program completion certificate and evaluation
