· Identify and approach potential clients in IT companies, startups, and consultancies.
· Present Verdeshell’s resource augmentation and development services to decision-makers.
· Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to submit suitable profiles and proposals.
· Track pipeline and progress using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confident in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead databases.
· Ability to handle end-to-end client engagement (lead → pitch → close → handoff).
· Exposure to client interactions in the UK/US markets.
· Growth path to Senior Business Development or International Sales role.
