Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist located in Jodhpur. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for managing and implementing social media marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and handling public relations activities. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Strong communication skills Experience in developing content strategies Public Relations skills Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategy Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals. Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and relevance. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. 2. Platform Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GMB, YouTube, etc.). Post regularly with optimized content that encourages engagement and drives conversions. Ensure brand voice and consistency across all social media platforms. 3. Audience Engagement & Community Building: Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely, professional manner. Build and nurture online communities around client brands. Analyze audience feedback and adjust strategies as needed to boost engagement. 4. Paid Media Campaign Management (Meta & Google Ads): Advise clients on best practices for running paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation, sales, or brand awareness. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI) to ensure campaign effectiveness. Adjust budgets and targeting as needed to meet client objectives and maximize ad spend efficiency. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Track social media metrics and generate monthly reports for clients. Provide actionable insights based on performance data (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.). Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights) to assess campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Client Communication & Consultation: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on social media performance and campaigns. Offer strategic recommendations for improving online visibility and growth. Assist in setting goals and KPIs for clients’ digital marketing and social media efforts. 7. Trend Awareness & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate client brands.
