As a Social Media Specialist at Karmic Beauty, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily social media activities across various platforms. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: - **Content Creation & Management**: - Develop and publish daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, including reels, stories, and static posts. - Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content to showcase the brand's journey and values. - Collaborate with the founder to bring their vision to life through engaging storytelling and visually appealing content. - **Customer Engagement**: - Monitor and respond to customer interactions, comments, and DMs promptly. - Curate and share user-generated content to foster community trust. - Create interactive content like polls and Q&A sessions to enhance engagement. - **Brand Awareness & Aesthetics**: - Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Collaborate with designers and photographers to enhance content quality. - **Collaboration & Coordination**: - Work closely with internal teams to capture key moments and highlights. - Coordinate with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators for collaborations. - Plan and execute social media campaigns around product launches and events. - **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: - Monitor social media insights to assess content performance. - Provide regular reports with insights and suggestions for optimization. - Identify growth opportunities and strategies for expanding the brand's social presence. **Key Requirements**: - 1-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in beauty or lifestyle. - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media trends. - Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and InShot. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams. - A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building.
