Job Description Fancall Private Limited is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage our social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is creative and analytical and understands how to engage audiences, grow brand presence, and collaborate with influencers to create impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interactions. Monitor social media trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms. Content Creation & Copywriting Craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, and website content. Create visually appealing content in collaboration with designers and video editors. Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to increase reach. Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Identify and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Develop influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Negotiate contracts, track performance metrics, and manage influencer relationships. Analytics & Performance Tracking Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media insights to track and optimize campaign performance. Generate reports on audience growth, engagement, and ROI of marketing campaigns. Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Skills & Qualifications Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Experience in running paid ad campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Copywriting & Content Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for social media and marketing copy. Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is an advantage. Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Experience in collaborating with influencers and managing brand partnerships. Strong negotiation skills and ability to measure campaign impact. Professional Attributes: Creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
