About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive social media Handler to manage and elevate the online presence of both American Green Solutions (AGS) and Libsys IT Services. The role requires strong content creation skills, hands-on social media management, and the ability to handle communication for two distinct brand portfolios. You will be responsible for driving engagement, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering impactful digital content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for AGS and Libsys in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely updates for both portfolios.
  • Post internal communication materials such as employee flyers, announcements, celebrations, and culture-related updates.
  • Handle video editing for reels, promotional videos, product clips, and employee engagement content.
  • Monitor all social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with audiences to build strong online communities.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and leadership teams for content planning, approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, success stories, testimonials, and updates for content development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters in marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content with basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Good understanding of video editing tools for short-form and promotional content.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand portfolios simultaneously and handle fast-paced deadlines.
