Job Description

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing brand presence, content strategy, ad performance, and team coordination to drive measurable results (not vanity metrics).


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Create monthly content and campaign strategies aligned with client goals (brand awareness, leads, engagement, or conversions).
  • Analyze competitors, trends, and audience insights to improve performance.
  • Prepare content calendars and coordinate with designers and video editors for on-time delivery.

2. Meta Ads Management (Mandatory Skill)

  • Plan, create, and manage

    Meta Ad Campaigns

    (Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, etc.).
  • Handle

    end-to-end ad execution

    — ad copywriting, creative briefing, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Track and report key metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) with actionable insights.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure best ROI for each client.

3. Content Supervision & Engagement

  • Review and approve post copies, reels, and stories before publishing.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and quality across all accounts.
  • Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and maintain community management hygiene.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Create

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Present insights, learnings, and recommendations during client review meetings.
  • Use data to make

    real marketing decisions

    , not guesses.

5. Coordination & Execution

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters for campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with clients for feedback, approvals, and performance discussions.
  • Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory:

    1.5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in

    Meta Ads Manager

    (not just boosting posts).
  • Strong understanding of

    social media algorithms, paid campaign structures, and analytics.

  • Ability to create ad strategies, optimize targeting, and scale campaigns.

  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva (basic), Google Sheets, and social scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads is a plus
