1.⁠ ⁠Social Media Marketing Intern


Open Positions: 5–7 Interns


Role Summary:

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist our marketing team in building a compelling and cohesive brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who possess creativity, storytelling ability, and a strong understanding of social media dynamics.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and develop content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.


Write clear and engaging captions aligned with the brand tone.


Monitor digital trends and assist in integrating them into our content strategy.


Help schedule, organize, and manage content publishing calendars.


Support the team in content performance analysis and basic reporting.


Eligibility Criteria:


Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field at MAIMS.


Strong creative and visual communication skills.


Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and basic photo/video editing software.


Excellent command of written English and storytelling.


2.⁠ ⁠Community Engagement & UGC Specialists


Open Positions: 4–5 Interns


Role Summary:

This role involves actively managing and nurturing our digital community. As a Community Engagement & User-Generated Content (UGC) Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our users and the brand.


Key Responsibilities:


Engage with users via social media platforms and community spaces.


Monitor, respond to, and moderate user comments, messages, and interactions.


Curate and manage user-generated content in alignment with brand standards.


Assist in community initiatives, including campaigns and challenges.


Track and report on user sentiment and community health.


Eligibility Criteria:


Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a relevant field at MAIMS.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Passion for community building and digital engagement.


Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.


3.⁠ ⁠Trend & Insights Analysts


Open Positions: 3–4 Interns


Role Summary:

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making at TAPPD. As a Trend & Insights Analyst, you will assist in identifying user behaviors, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to support our strategy teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on market and industry trends.


Analyze campaign metrics, social media analytics, and competitor activity.


Prepare reports and actionable insights to guide marketing and product development.


Support survey design and interpretation to better understand user preferences.


Eligibility Criteria:


Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline at MAIMS.


Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and social insights dashboards.


Ability to distill large amounts of information into concise summaries.


4.⁠ ⁠Local Event & Partnership Scouts


Open Positions: 3–4 Interns


Role Summary:

As a Local Event & Partnership Scout, you will help identify on-ground opportunities for TAPPD to connect with relevant communities, events, and partner organizations.


Key Responsibilities:


Research and maintain a database of local events, meetups, and networking opportunities.


Establish outreach with event organizers, community leaders, and local brands.


Assist in planning and coordination for partnerships and potential activations.


Represent Encountrr at relevant events (if feasible).


Eligibility Criteria:


Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field at MAIMS.


Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


Knowledge of the Delhi-NCR event and social landscape.


Self-motivated and confident in outreach and coordination.


General Internship Details


Internship Duration:

3 to 6 months (flexible based on academic commitments and mutual availability)


Location:

Remote/Hybrid (occasional in-person meetings in Gurugram or Delhi, depending on the role)


Compensation:

This is an unpaid internship intended for learning and professional development purposes.
