Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, digital trends, and audience engagement, particularly in the context of sports and youth culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Support the creation of content ideas, captions and trend research.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for daily posting.
• Help monitor engagement metrics, performance reports and competitor activity.
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags and engagement techniques.
• Assist in community management and brand communication activities

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and their respective best practices
• Comfortable using Canva or Adobe Express for content design
• Creative and enthusiastic with a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Quick learner with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proactive, organized and open to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
