New Sky Coffee is a premium community-driven caf focused on quality, creativity, and contemporary caf culture. The brand is expanding its narrative and seeks a dynamic social media intern who can embody the cafs voice, create impactful content, and help build a lifestyle community around the brand.

Role Overview

This role demands a creative communicator with strong command of English, a charismatic on-camera presence, and a proven social media footprint. The intern will conceptualize, script, film, and publish engaging content across platforms, with the objective of increasing brand reach, driving caf footfall, and telling compelling stories around food, coffee, and experience design.

Key Responsibilities

Ideate, shoot, and edit reels, videos, and stories showcasing caf offerings, behind-the-scenes operations, chef interactions, customer stories, and brand values

Maintain an active content calendar aligned to brand goals and seasonal trends

Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build authentic digital relationships

Track engagement analytics and optimize content for virality and conversion

Coordinate with the chef and management for product knowledge, content direction, and campaign execution

Promote new menu launches, events, and collaborations through creative storytelling

Candidate Profile

Minimum 10,000 personal followers on Instagram (or equivalent traction on another platform) with demonstrable viral content or blog presence

Exceptional English communication and presentation skills with a personable on-camera demeanor

Passionate storyteller with an innate ability to persuade, sell, and inspire through content

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media formats

Basic video editing and content production skills

Confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with narrative formats

Preference for candidates who are passionate about caf culture, food, travel, lifestyle, and community-building
