About the Role

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable user stories and product requirements.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional communication with engineering and design teams.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative product strategies and technology adoption.



Requirements

  • Experience:

    3–6 years as a Product Owner or similar role in

    F&B, QSR, Cloud Kitchen, or Hotel Tech ecosystem

    .

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with strong business acumen.

  • Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Proven experience with customer journey mapping, UX collaboration, and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into product innovation.

  • Location:

    On-site position in

    Delhi

    (Candidates must be willing to work from the office).
